At Primrose Studios, we recognize that we are connected, in every sense of the word, to our environment. We think it only common sense to strive for the lowest ecological footprint possible, and take a lead on creating sustainable office studios equipped for the 21st Century.
How do we do this?

Firstly we have converted an old building into a stylish energy efficient office space. Instead of starting from scratch, we have strived to bring this gem of the industrial era firmly into today's reality of rising energy prices and the need to reduce carbon emissions.

All of the building's electricity is supplied through renewable energy company, Good Energy.

All of our lighting uses energy efficient light bulbs without compromising on light quality. We have tried to ensure our office lighting mimics daylight as closely as possible.

We run a twin efficient boiler system, which means that only one small boiler is needed to heat the building during the winter. The second boiler is a reserve boiler for infrequent cold patches.

Each individual office studio comes equipped with a heat exchange unit, which maintains a constant room temperature by heating the incoming air with the outgoing air.

The external windows meet the latest double-glazing energy efficiency standards.

We also strongly encourage all clients to use the recycling bins provided for their office waste.
