At Primrose Studios we want to nurture entrepreneurial talent and one of the ways we do this is by offering flexible lease contracts. We know that when you are starting up a business you do not want to be tied into a three-year contract when you are not even sure if your business will work! Contracts will be negotiated on a client-by-client basis.

Other people that will be able to benefit from our flexible leases will be freelancers such as graphic designers and web programmers.

We are also a great option for larger businesses that want to expand office space but not pay for the expensive office rates in the city.
